Pricing that scales with your business.

Quarterly is prepaid for three months. The base subscription receives a 5% saving; additional seats cost $27 each per quarter with no discount, and add-ons remain full price. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

Monthly/quarterly switches and seat reductions take effect at the end of the already-paid period, without a refund. Seat increases require confirmation of the prorated charge and successful billing. Pending period changes can be canceled before they take effect. Automatic billing changes are not activated through this page.

Your tier uses combined e-commerce and connected physical-store orders, with duplicate orders counted only once. In this estimator, enter distinct online and physical orders: exclude duplicates between the two inputs. Aggregate counts cannot identify duplicates for you.

Every tier includes both endpoints. For example, 100 orders is in the first Essential tier; 101 enters the next. Essential ends at 1,000 orders, Plus starts at 1,001, and more than 150,000 requires an Enterprise quote. The complete monthly price table is shown below.

The intended billing policy uses the average of your previous three complete months to assess upgrades. This estimator uses the monthly count you enter. Automatic billing upgrades are not active through this page; any plan or billing change must be confirmed separately before it is applied.

There are no automatic downgrades. You can request a downgrade by contacting us. We will confirm eligibility, the effective date and any billing implications before making a change.

Before a requested downgrade, we review the lower plan's seat and SKU limits and proposed retention policy with you. Any required export, seat changes and data treatment must be agreed before the change. The 3-year and 7-year raw-data retention periods shown here are proposed, not current storage guarantees.

Extra seats cost $9 per seat per month above the plan's included seats: 2 for Essential and 15 for Plus. Enterprise capacities and pricing are custom.

Zettle and CSV/Excel capabilities are developed. Production availability and suitability for your store must be confirmed during onboarding; this page does not claim they are enabled for every account. Shopify POS and Square POS are coming soon.

Physical Store Connection starts at +$29/month on Essential and +$49/month on Plus. Store count and usage may add charges, which require a quote. No unapproved fixed per-store fee is included. MMM and AI Agents are coming soon, Pricing TBD; interest selections are not purchases.
