Notice
This notice explains the personal data used when you contact Atomtrix, purchase a service, use the website or activate the Atomtrix Membership.
Data we use
We may use your name, email, customer type and, for business users, company and job title; plus store details, correspondence, purchase status, Stripe checkout reference and membership access status. Stripe handles card details; Atomtrix does not store them.
Why we use it
- To provide requested free-tool access and relevant business follow-up.
- To answer enquiries and deliver purchases.
- To administer accounting, access recovery and support.
- To understand website use when you consent to analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the service.
Legal bases
Data is processed to take steps at your request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as security and support. Consent is used for Google Analytics and wherever else required.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage is used for security, access and remembering your privacy choice. Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. It helps Atomtrix understand visits, traffic sources and page use. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Providers and transfers
Stripe processes checkout data under its own privacy terms. Google processes analytics data only after consent. Hosting and email providers may process limited operational data. Providers outside the EU/EEA may use legally recognised transfer safeguards.
Retention
Purchase and accounting records are kept as required by Swedish law. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, disputes and legitimate business records. Analytics retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property settings.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
